During the course of the Six Week Program you will receive a weekly order of delicious and nutritious foods for 6 consecutive weeks.

Each order provides the new mother with four days of nutritious and healing foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner along with snacks, bone broths and beverages.

The Sampler I (main meal + soup)

We offer the possibility to sample our menu one week at a time, without any commitment.

Each order provides you with four portions of the main meal (either two of each dish or four of the same) and two individual quarts of soup OR two individual quarts of broth.

Bone Broth Package

Looking to boost your recovery but already have meal planning covered ? Bone broth is the answer.

Each order provides three individual quarts of beef bone broth and three individual quarts of chicken turmeric bone broth.

Nursing Mama Care Package

All you need to curb your constant hunger. All enjoyable with one hand.

Each order provides the new mother with nursing snacks for a week : 

• One New Mama loaf cake
• One box of Milk Bites
• One box Nut Bombs
• One sachet rosemary, butter, parmesan Sablés

Snacks contain brewer’s yeast, flax meal and oat flour said to have galactagogue properties.

A meal add on 

Whether you are ordering the Six Week Postpartum Program, the A la Carte option or one of our Sampler option, we offer the possibility to add the main meal for up to 4  other family members.

Each additional meal will be the same as what is on the menu that week and the same dietary restrictions will be applied (if any).
